Your Hong Kong trip won’t be complete without having wonton noodle soup. Mak’s noodle is amongst our favorite that we’ve had in the many times we have been back in Hong Kong. Mak’s noodle has a few locations in Hong Kong. They are mostly located in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. For those of you heading up on the tram and the peak, there is even one up there!

Mak's Noodle: Wonton Noodle

Mak’s Noodle is a 1 star Michelin restaurant and amongst a few of the cheapest Michelin Starred restaurants you can eat at in the world. The masters of the noodles serve up their freshly made bouncy egg noodle with a few deliciously wrapped wontons. For those of you who are light eaters, you can have this as a snack or double up as a full meal.

Mak's Noodle: Brisket & Wonton

It will be a shame if you skip out on their noodles. But for those of you who do not like noodle, you can have it in a soup, served with some tender and flavorful brisket. The brisket is different from Kau Kee Brisket (a great brisket noodle restaurant), so it is definitely worth a try if you want to add more to your wonton meal.
